Twinsaver Group, facing significant operational challenges, embarked on a strategic overhaul with Inhance’s expertise. By integrating advanced technology solutions such as a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), and a Supply Chain Control Tower, along with outsourcing logistics operations to Inhance in a 4PL capacity, the project achieved remarkable financial and operational improvements. Notably, Twinsaver’s logistics costs as a percentage of sales decreased significantly, underscoring the project’s impact on bottom-line performance.
