Job Purpose
The purpose of a Business Analyst is providing support to warehousing operations by analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, system adoption, and alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.

Warehousing and Logistics Operations

Basic understanding of warehouse functions: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.

Knowledge of inventory flow, stock movement, and storage principles.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Awareness of how WMS platforms function and support warehouse operations.

Familiarity with system interfaces, transactions, and user roles within a WMS environment.

Qualifications and experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Warehousing experience: Understanding of warehousing operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
- Experience working with warehousing management systems (WMS).
- Exposure to warehousing operations or systems implementation projects is advantageous.
