Job Purpose
The purpose of a Continuous Improvement Specialist is to drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology deliverables and operations by optimising processes, improving system utilisation, and embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on delivering measurable efficiency, cost, service, and performance improvements.

Qualifications and experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mid-management capacity.
